I have changed my mind, back and forth, and believe it was a devised play. Then again after the play, the camera pans to Pettis who thinks there was a flag, so that might mean Byrd ( the center) snapped it early if he saw someone jump offsides. Then again, Byrd might have snapped the ball on the wrong count. Inquiring minds want to know!
